LOCATION AND ACCESS

• How do I get to the cottages from the train station?

"Les Jardins du Soleil" is ideally located. We are about a 20-minute drive from Avignon TGV station and 10 minutes from the city center train station.

• Do you offer on-site parking?

Yes, we offer free and secure parking on the property.

• What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is generally from 3 pm and check-out is before 12 am. If you arrive late, please let us know.

• Are the cottages close to the Palais des Papes and the historic center?

Yes, you can reach the heart of Avignon in 10 minutes. It's the perfect location to enjoy the Avignon Festival while staying in a peaceful setting.
• Are Les Jardins du Soleil suitable for a cycling holiday in Provence? Yes, the proximity of the Via Rhôna and the numerous surrounding cycle paths make it an ideal stop for cycling enthusiasts!

ACCOMODATION AND SERVICES

• Are the accommodations air-conditioned?

Yes, all our cottages are air-conditioned.

• Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all our cottages.

• Are children welcome?

Absolutely! We offer a large playground for them (swings, climbing wall, playhouse, ball, badminton, pool games, archery, etc.).

• Are pets allowed?

We gladly welcome your four-legged companions (provided you let us know in advance).

• Is the swimming pool open year-round?

To extend your swimming enjoyment, our pool is heated from mid-May to October.

• Do you offer a breakfast option?

Yes! This is our big new feature this year at "Les Jardins du Soleil." We now offer a breakfast buffet (at an additional cost) featuring local and seasonal products, served on the terrace.

• Do we need to bring our beach towels?

No, save space in your suitcases! We provide complimentary pool towels. They will be waiting for you in your cottage or upon request.

• Is housekeeping included during my stay?

Yes, absolutely. To guarantee your complete comfort, we provide daily housekeeping service including vacuum, changing garbage bag and filling up useful products. Just like in a hotel, your cottage is refreshed every day by our team.

• Do I need to bring my own toiletries?

No, travel light! We provide shower gel and towels.
